We want to be crystal clear about the data we NEVER see, store, or have access to. WA2Lead is a Chrome Extension that operates locally within your browser. It creates a direct link between your WhatsApp Web interface and your Google Sheet.

  • We DO NOT read or store your WhatsApp chats or messages.
  • We DO NOT see or store your contacts or phone numbers.
  • We DO NOT have access to your Google Account or the data within your Google Sheets. All authentication with Google happens directly between you and Google. We are never a party to that connection.

The entire core functionality of saving leads happens on your computer and is not transmitted to our servers.

To manage user accounts and provide our service, we collect a very limited amount of information:

  • Account Information: When you subscribe to WA2Lead, we collect your name and email address. This is used to create your account, manage your subscription, and communicate important updates with you.

We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We only receive a token and confirmation of your payment.

This data is completely anonymized, not tied to your personal account, and helps us understand which features are most useful so we can improve the product for everyone.
